KRAFT LAMINATED PAPER BAG (KLP BAGS)

We have a special Infrastructure & machinery to make these kinds of bags with Minimum Man power as its fully automated Tuber bag making machine with 4 colour online printing flexo machine. We are manufacturing KLP bags with Brown & white Paper laminated with HDPE / PP woven fabric with Centre seal ( Back seam ) as well as L stitched type. At the Bottom we stitch with Brown Or white Crape Strip to avoid leakage of the material.
These KLP bags are made With Indian Paper as well as Imported paper. These bags are Printed with Flexo graphic technology , with LDPE or HMHD Linner stitched at the Bottom. We also customize as per the clients requirements & specifications.

Heat Seam sealing Tape stitching ( Over tape )

Heat seam sealing tapes are multilayered adhesive films applied to the polyster cotton thread – sewn seams to prevent water leaking through those seams. This creates a seamless exterior.

Kraft paper options

Unbleached kraft paper ( brown colour ) / bleached kraft paper ( white ) / Recycled Kraft paper are made from northen bleached softwood kraft ( NBSK ) pulp.

Laminated with fabric

Kraft Paper Bags laminated with polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) woven fabric are produced by interweaving polypropylene (PP) or High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) tapes into fabric, and they are highly durable and puncture resistant.
